My 13 year old son has attended Youth Performance sessions with Lachie in terms 3 and 4 of 2023 and found them highly beneficial. Lachie is very knowledgeable and has taught my son good, basic lifting technique. My son also found Lachie to be very relatable for that teenage age group. Highly recommend Lachie and the Youth sessions at Pride.

Mani was very skilled at quickly assessing what mum needed most at her age (91 years), and that is to give her functional but simple exercises in her own home. He explained everything really well and happy to answer any questions mum had.

My daughter's experience at the School Holiday Youth Strength and Conditioning session was a positive one. Our family were holidaying in Townsville over the school holidays and registered with this session following seeing it advertised in a school holiday activity guide. My daughter enjoyed the 1.5hrs of exercise, healthy snack and discussion, so-much-so her new favourite snack is the one they prepared at the session. Having this option over our holiday was excellent, as she dances six days a week as well as trains for club and rep netball duties and this was a great session to do keeping the girls fit over the holidays.

If we were residents of Townsville, I would have both my daughters regularly attend the Youth Strength and Conditioning sessions. They both spoke highly of Lachie and expressed they wished this was an option to do in their hometown. The staff on arrival were really cheery and welcoming and we will definitely return again on our next holiday.

I have really enjoyed both the one-on-one sessions and classes run by Lachie. I have felt very welcomed into what is a new environment for me. Lachie has been consistently positive, energetic and encouraging, providing relevant advice and guidance when needed. It makes such a difference when someone uses your name and acknowledges you with a smile and a hello! I look forward to joining more classes!

Amanda is a motivating and dedicated pt. I attend the early morning classes and Amanda creates different sessions each time, making them challenging and fun for everyone, whilst accommodating all fitness levels and altering each exercise to create a unique one on one challenge in a group setting. She is highly attentive and eager to help wherever she can.
Amanda has a great sense of humour and encourages everyone to keep trying, it definitely keeps me smiling while I try pushing through each class!

Had a conversation with Noel with regards to an injury I sustained some weeks earlier. The exercises which I had been doing confirmed that I was on the right track to recovery. Noel also gave me some extra exercises to enhance the ones which I had been doing. Great visit, friendly and had some good advice for me

I have been seeing the physiotherapist Simon for various issues, since mid 2020. Over that time, Simon has continually shown himself to be extremely knowlegable, helpful and professional. He has a hands on approach and spends the entire appointment time focussed on you (NOT treating numerous patients at the same time). Prior to my recent surgery, Simon had me doing a Sparta program for strengthening, increased performance and injury prevention in mind. The Sparta Science app and Phsyio app are great with their instructional videos, check list and individualised instructions and alternatives, and definitely help me to stay on track and committed to the exercises. I am 100% happy to recommend Simon and Pride Human Performance at Annandale.
